Approved at 6d0c0e0a74422d7ce211d306002a97aae28de0f6. No actionable findings.

The API reference adds only the two documented HTTP 429 responses for environment file uploads and session creation. Both use the existing error schema. I verified that the rest of the parsed reference is unchanged, the transformed-spec checksum matches, and the public generation snapshot resolves. This diff changes documentation and generation metadata only.

Hosted CI is green for this head. I reviewed source and hosted checks; I did not run repository tests or generation.
