Both safety-identifier schema limits and descriptions match the 128-character update. The rest of the parsed API reference is unchanged, and the source edits affect documentation or CLI help only. I verified the transformed-spec checksum and public generation snapshot. Request handling and API signatures are unchanged.
Hosted CI is green for this head. I reviewed source and hosted checks without running repository tests or generation.
