docs: remove StarDesk sponsor from README and website - #5656

Drop the StarDesk special-sponsor row from the root README and all 11 localized READMEs, remove it from the website sponsor wall, drop its promo URL from the shared download links, and delete its logo assets. SerpApi remains the sole special sponsor.

Removes all StarDesk sponsor references introduced in #5444 (commit b4064d1):
README.mdand all 11 localized READMEs (docs/i18n/README-*.md): drop the StarDesk row from the "Special Sponsor" table. SerpApi remains and the table markup is unchanged.packages/website/src/components/Support.tsx): remove the StarDesk logo link.packages/website/src/lib/downloads.ts): remove the now-unusedstardeskpromo URL.docs/assets/sponsors/stardesk.png,packages/website/public/assets/stardesk.png), which are no longer referenced anywhere.Type of change
