docs: add StarDesk as a special sponsor - #5444

These files were not Prettier-clean, so lint-staged's `prettier --write` would have folded a whole-file reformat into the sponsor commits that follow. #5217 dropped the ukey row from the root README and deleted both of its images, but left the row in every localized README, where it still points at `../assets/sponsors/ukey.png` and renders as a broken image on GitHub. GitHub renders tables at `width: max-content; max-width: 100%` and splits the space between columns in proportion to their content, while `.markdown-body img` carries `max-width: 100%`. A long sponsor description therefore squeezes the logo column and the logo shrinks with it: measured against GitHub's own stylesheet, both logos were rendering 41px wide in an 872px column instead of 150px, and 27px on a narrow window. The `width` attribute on the image cannot hold that column open, so pin the column instead: an HTML table whose first cell is a fixed 182px (150px of logo plus GitHub's 13px cell padding either side). Measured at 150px across container widths from 480px to 1100px. Both sponsors now render as body rows, so the first one's description is no longer bold from standing in as the table header.
