Add README.fr.md, translated from the current English README (including the Capabilities and In the news sections), and link it from the language switcher of every README. Legacy anchor IDs, links and command blocks are kept identical to the English version so existing deep links keep working. Add the new file to the markdownlint document globs. Adds a French translation of the README (
README.fr.md), following the same pattern as the Korean (#4939) and Japanese (#4560) README PRs:README.fr.mdis translated from the current English README, including the Capabilities and In the news sections.README.md,README.zh-CN.md,README.ja.md,README.ko.md) now links toFrançais.README.fr.mdis added to the markdownlintDOC_GLOBSin.github/workflows/lint.yml.As in the Korean README, the legacy anchor IDs (
-get-started,sdd-quickstart, …), every external link and every command block are kept identical to the English version, so existing deep links keep working and the commands stay copy-pasteable. Spec Kit component names (Extension, Preset, Workflow, Bundle) are kept as is; prose is translated.This is a documentation-only change: no code, template, script or configuration that affects execution is modified.
