Conversation
Add README.ko.md, a Korean translation structurally 1:1 with the English README, link it from the language switchers in README.md, README.zh-CN.md and README.ja.md, and add it to the markdownlint documentation allowlist. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- Translate needs-clarification / clarify as 명확화 (was 보완), matching the existing use of 명확화 for clarification in the SDD section. - Rephrase the CLI setup sentence so it does not imply the terminal is used only for setup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Thanks for the careful review! Both suggestions make sense, and I've applied them in 067ed39:

This PR modifies README.ja.md (language switcher), but the file was outside the markdownlint DOC_GLOBS allowlist. It passes with 0 errors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Description
Adds a Korean translation of the project README as
README.ko.md, following the same pattern as the Simplified Chinese (#3740) and Japanese (#4560) translations.Changes
README.ko.md— a full Korean translation, structurally 1:1 with the current English README (all 9 sections, including Star history).README.md,README.zh-CN.md,README.ja.md— added한국어to the language switcher..github/workflows/lint.yml— addedREADME.ko.mdandREADME.ja.mdto the markdownlintDOC_GLOBSallowlist, alongsideREADME.zh-CN.md.Translation notes
/speckit-*skill names, example prompts inside code fences, badges, image paths, and link URLs are unchanged. Only prose and image alt text were translated.<a id>anchors are kept verbatim from the English README, so old deep links such as#-get-startedstill work after switchingREADME.mdtoREADME.ko.md.#스펙-주도-개발,#버그-수정,#아이디어-평가)./speckit-*skills.Side note
README.ja.mdwas also missing from the markdownlintDOC_GLOBSallowlist. The allowlist was introduced in #4584, which merged one day after the Japanese README. Since this PR modifiesREADME.ja.mdtoo, it is now included, following the Copilot review. It passes markdownlint with 0 errors.Testing

AI disclosure: I used Claude Code (model: Claude Opus 5.5, reasoning effort: xhigh, interactive and human-supervised) to compare the existing Chinese and Japanese translations against the English source, draft the Korean translation from the English README, and run the verification above. As a native Korean speaker, I chose the terminology and reviewed the full translation myself. Extent: documentation only, plus the one-line CI allowlist entry. No code generation.
