I'm not sure what the most appropriate e-mail address would be, and the public-facing corporate website doesn't go out of its way to help with that either. Try mailing a letter to the "World Headquarters" address (the Detroit one) listed on https://www.urbanscience.com/locations. That should reach the people who can make this decision.

I saw that the CLA Assistant is already active, around which Date was it activated, Because I don't have administrative access i don't see it. (Looking at pull requests before on Oct 28, 2019)
