Purpose

Configure private GodSpeedAI/Context-Kernel for Low/free-effort DeepWiki generation and a reproducible git-backed Devin development environment, without introducing any new runtime packages or changing source behavior.

Changes

  • .devin/wiki.json: 15 anchored pages and 8 stewardship notes spanning the real 20-crate architecture, context continuity, ingestion, identity/retrieval, FTS5/vector, security and Rust MCP context_required path. Explicitly separates Python synthetic integration citations from live Rust packet evidence.
  • .devin/blueprint.yaml: pinned Rust 1.92.0, native build prerequisites, Cargo-lock dependency cache and canonical fmt/clippy/test/release commands; no credentials, paid provider or real ingestion required.
  • AGENTS.md, .github/copilot-instructions.md: correct stale .agent/ references to pre-existing .agents/ memory files. Creating a new .agent/ tree would duplicate and fragment project memory.
  • Existing .agents/ state, plan, log, evidence, decision and open-question records updated additively for traceability; historical entries preserved.

Verification performed

  • Read back the committed branch files: JSON parsing, 15 unique valid pages, parent resolution, notes under hard limits and presence of blueprint sections/commands passed.
  • Inspected actual Cargo/Rust toolchain, source wiring, tests and GitHub CI workflow.
  • No cargo suite, live Devin snapshot or DeepWiki generation executed by this change. GitHub CI runs separately.

Remaining external gates

  1. Confirm the free Devin account can index this private repository (free public DeepWiki access is not proof of private-repo entitlement).
  2. In Devin, choose Low (free) and generate the wiki.
  3. Settings → Environment → Blueprints → sync Git-backed config and build snapshot; check logs and run cargo tests.

Merge safety

No Rust source, Cargo manifests or CI workflows changed. Review the branch checks before merge; do not treat missing or failed checks as PASS.
