* Unless otherwise noted, PR, IDE, and CLI review limits are shown per developer, per hour, as rolling allowances rather than one-time quotas. Existing customers who are grandfathered from Pro+ into Team retain their 10-review-per-hour allowance. For sustained high-volume PR review activity, review availability may adjust under the Fair Usage Limits Policy.
For public repositories with less than 10 stars, CodeRabbit requires reviews to be triggered manually. Select Trigger review in the CodeRabbit status comment, or comment @coderabbitai review for the latest changes or @coderabbitai full review for a full review.Essentials, Team, and Advanced organizations can enable the usage-based add-on to continue processing eligible over-limit reviews without interruption. A valid payment method is required before activation.The file limits in the table apply to pull request and merge request reviews after path filters are applied. When an eligible GitHub or GitHub Enterprise review exceeds its included file limit but contains no more than 300 files, CodeRabbit can offer a Review on demand using usage pricing action. Reviews with more than 300 files are not supported through usage pricing.
A PR review run admitted within your included plan limit uses one PR review from this allowance, including automatic incremental reviews after new pushes and manual review commands. Trial review limits match the selected plan: Essentials trials allow 5 PR, IDE, and CLI reviews per developer per hour; Team trials allow 8; Advanced trials allow 10; and Enterprise trials allow 12. The default 14-day trial includes Advanced features and 50 chat messages per hour. The additional limits below also apply to the default trial.
Multi-Repo Analysis lets CodeRabbit detect cross-repository breaking changes during reviews. The number of linked repositories you can activate depends on your plan:
