Serves as the base for the Hyperlink and ShapeHyperlink interfaces that define hyperlinks for cells and shapes.

Name	Description
IsExternal	Gets a value that indicates whether the hyperlink refers to an external resource (web page, e-mail address, file or directory) or to a cell range within the current workbook.
TooltipText	Gets or sets the tooltip for the hyperlink.
Uri	Returns the hyperlink destination.
