Platform pricing is the cost to run a Looker Core on Google Cloud instance and includes platform administration, integrations, and semantic modeling capabilities.
User pricing is the cost for licensing individual users to access the Looker platform. These costs will vary based on the type of user and their permissions within the Looker Core on Google Cloud platform.
