Supplemental Terms
The following documents supplement the Sourcegraph Terms of Service and apply when the described
conditions are met. Where a Supplemental Term conflicts with the Sourcegraph Terms of Service, the
Supplemental Term controls with respect to the subject matter it covers.

| Professional Services Terms | Your Order Form includes Professional Services |
| AI Terms of Use | You entered into an Agreement with Sourcegraph prior to the introduction of AI
Tools into the Services (February 15, 2024) or your Order Form states that these
terms apply to your use of AI Tools in the Services. Use of AI Tools for all other
customers are governed by the Sourcegraph Terms of Service. |
| Supplemental Terms for U.S. Government Users | You are using Sourcegraph as an employee or contractor of the U.S. Government |
| Acceptable Use Policy | Your use of any Sourcegraph product or service |
| Privacy Policy | You use any Sourcegraph product or service. The Privacy Policy covers your personal
data that we collect and use as a Data Controller |
| Data Processing Agreement | We process any Customer Personal Data on your behalf |
| Security Exhibit | You use any generally available Sourcegraph product or services and covers our
treatment of your User Content, Code, and Confidential Information |
