Simply the best to do list manager

If you have tried all the usual suspects — Todoist, ClickUp, RTM, and they leave you wanting more, you have to try Singularity. It will blow you away!

Currently trying to decide between a few to-do list apps, and this one is a very strong contender! I just started my trial, and I’m pretty impressed by this app! It definitely has some features you don’t see in most other to-do list apps, and it’s one of the first that I’ve considered paying the premium subscription for. I’m only on the fence because there are a few things with reminders that I wish were more flexible with how they are able to be set, but this app is still among my top choices.

The best «recurring» task manager ever

I have tried all the major task managers, but none handle recurring tasks as effectively as Singularity. I have numerous recurring tasks that I often need to reschedule. While most task managers allow for this flexibility, they also adjust the next occurrence based on the modified completion time, which isn’t accurate. I need the next instance to regenerate based on the original schedule, not the last adjusted time. Singularity is the only tool that meets this requirement perfectly.

Great Task Manager for Personal Projects

I haven’t even used all the features yet but I’m currently mostly using it on macOS for the project-first flow where I can gather my notes, phone numbers, pictures, file attachments, etc. at the project or task level, keeping it all in one place instead of bouncing back between my email, reminders, notes and other apps. I love the dark space theme too!

Love the new menu on the bottom! But AM/FM time please and thank you! Checkbox is on right! And is it possible to have tasks scroll from bottom of screen upwards!

What a surprise

I have been using Singularity for the last 1–2 months and have started to rely on it for everything. I started with the «Habits» function, as I am a visual «doer». The Habits function changed how I was approaching each day and repetitive tasks (including workouts, etc) — what a great idea. The tasks (Today) falls in line with «get things done» process and I have replaced my «Things3» with Singularity. At the same time, I can establish projects and a progression of tasks to keep myself focused. After 2 months, I feel I have only scratched the surface of Singularity — but, it has helped me focus and achieve things I was struggling with. Awesome tool!

I have used all of the GTD based systems out there. Nothing comes a couple of zillion miles close to Singularity. So convenient, so feature rich, dynamo up to a point that it feels like David Allen himself built this. Technically they do not market it as a GTD app BUT it is an amazing one with so much more. Just got the Elite tier and it’s blazing hot.

Quiet Elegant Power

Provides a great UI allowing for a peaceful, spacious, open feel. But powerful yet balanced. Aesthetically almost perfect. I have Todoist and TickTick (among many others), but this feels right to me, looks right and has little touches that make the program stand out without being overly complex. With very little time put in — and more to learn I am sure — I already have actually USED this app. Love it. Bravo to the developer(s). Thank you to the developers.

This is the one!

I have been looking for the One True App to be my chaos-and-entropy management system...and this app is doing the job! It is simple, beautiful, and intuitive...but still has all of the features I need. I love the ease of managing the hierarchy in my various projects...I love that I can add notes on projects (I use this space for goals). The tags and filters are great, I love the colors I can assign to projects, I love the habits feature and the pomodoro feature. Todoist was the closest competitor, but Singularity won my attention and the investment of my time. Thanks, guys, keep up the good work!!! :)

New kid on the block

Singularity is a surprise. With other products available I figured task managers had pretty much done it all. Singularity offers a few unique qualities: scalable windows, multiple windows, unique filtering capabilities. Unfortunately the widget does not allow you to select the filters you make in the desktop app. Other than that, this is a really great task manager!

The complete package

The task / project management portion is a step up from Things3, which I have used for the last 5 years. It is easy to manage the tasks, associate to the project — and see a complete view of the daily tasks and «over due» tasks. The scheduling of recurrent tasks is also a key feature. However — the best part of this application is the «Habits». I use the habits capability to drive what I need to do daily — including technical reading, reading, exercise. It actually drives me to do these daily activities and force me to pay attention to these activities. In the past, I found myself skipping these important things. The ability to see a web view, MacOS and iOS and sync across is very important — and it works flawlessly. My first real review of a product because this one is important for self improvement as well as task management.

I honestly can’t believe how amazing this app is. I came here expecting to see 5 star reviews and can’t understand the overall review score. I have been using this app for many many months without issue. I track all my events, all my tasks, my habits and have not faced any issues in a long time. Contacted my life! Initial queries and issues I contacted the team on their amazing support system. Contact support before reviewing this app negatively, the team deserves more. Keep up the great work!

I love the features and the prioritization for adding, modifying, and completing tasks. I also love the pomodoro feature. Two suggestions are tracking/time management tools and that it becomes available to download on the Kindle app store, or have an apk option.

Looking forward to a streamlined way to upgrade? Or I will keep trying to figure it out. Absolutely love this fine, professional adult style, well thought out and excellently created app!

I have only been using the app for a week or two but already I love it. Paying for a subscription seems to be the way to go since so many features are great. I took the yearly subscription and may, in time, convert to the permanent one. If you are not sure about this app — give it a try for free! I think you will be impressed also.

Best to-do app out there

I’m very, very picky with to-do list apps. For over a year, I’ve been looking for one that has all the functionality I want (including a widget and cross-platform functionality) AND is a pleasure to use (smooth, aesthetically appealing, etc.). Lastly, it had to have a lifetime premium option (not just subscriptions). This app is literally the only one that checked all my boxes. I did buy the lifetime premium, thank you for making this beautiful app!

These guys know the deal. The app is specifically designed for people struggling with planning and productivity, and could be helpful for many not-that-struggling. Kudos to the team, so happy you thought of us all!

I’m in love

I used the Getting Things Done (GTD) for years and drifted away from it because it was too heavy to maintain. I returned to using it with a lighter version to just collect all my tasks in an inbox and process them. Tried a number of apps and this one is the best. Singularity offers an awesome system for the light version of GTD. Love how it operates across Windows and Mac. Overall it’s made a huge difference. I’m a fan!
