Correct both changelog headings from
2.14.0to2.13.1. The changes since2.13.0are bug fixes, so a patch release is appropriate. Follow-up to #1227; package versions remain tag-derived, and no tags or releases are created.CI exposed an existing sync WebSocket keepalive shutdown race. Handle a ping rejected after closing starts, matching the async path, and add a deterministic public-API regression test and changelog entry.
