📚 Description

when a useAsyncData key includes some variant of the route, and this route was also prerendered, it's possible for this data to be missing from the payload

of course, users should avoid keying useAsyncData on the exact route path (#31556 should be the solution here)

but in this edge case, we should trigger refetching the data rather than resolving to no data

Walkthrough

Client hydration now checks whether the async-data key exists in the server payload. If server data is missing, useAsyncData performs the initial fetch. Unit tests cover hydration and deferred-fetch behaviour. A prerendered catch-all fixture and end-to-end test verify successful resolution, rendered route text, and the absence of page errors and error-level console logs.
