fix(wiki): lint skips the template's schema/ directory - #660

Wikis made from the llm-wiki template keep schema/ (the spec CLAUDE.md files). lint reported it as a domain missing from MEMORY.md, so every pass failed lint; the fix pass then edited bin/lint.py or moved schema/, and the guard reverted the whole batch (R9). Wizard-made wikis keep the template's schema/ directory; lint reported it as an unlisted domain, every ingest pass failed lint, the fix pass edited bin/lint.py and the batch was reverted (R9). lint now skips schema/ like bin/.
