Code Review
This pull request correctly removes a redundant line of code in Post_Command.php. The change is a good cleanup. I've added one suggestion to address code duplication in the surrounding code, which could be handled in a follow-up to further improve maintainability.

While removing this duplicate line is correct, the overall logic for appending a default time to post_date is duplicated for post_date_gmt a few lines below (lines 786-789). To improve maintainability and adhere to the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principle, consider extracting this logic into a private helper method.

This pull request includes a minor cleanup in the
generatemethod ofPost_Command.php. An unnecessary duplicate line that created aDateTimeobject from the post date was removed to simplify the code.
