Switch to use travis stages in order to prevent integration tests from failing the build

chore(build): add travis_retry

fix: run job matrix in stages

fix: make travis_retry executable

fix: use oraclejdk8

fix: source travis_retry

fix: retry for the fouth time

Noticed this is only changed in Discovery and Assistant. Confirming it that's all where we need this change.

Yeah. it's because of the IAM change they did
