## Changes - link global bins into the dir of the running `vlt` (found in `PATH`) when writable, else `~/.local/bin` if in `PATH` (not win32), else `<global-dir>/bin` - `--global-bin-dir` (cli, env, user config only) - `<global-dir>/global-state.json` records bin dirs used; install, uninstall and build sweep owned links from all of them - self dir refusing writes (EACCES/EPERM) falls back once; links made before a failure are removed on rollback - `--force` outside `<global-dir>/bin` only replaces links, never plain files or the running `vlt` - `vlt build -g` relinks bins and prints where - shell-aware PATH hint; install receipt reader/writer - cmd-shim: read win32 cross-drive shims (absolute target) - docs ## Tests - new modules, link/sweep/fallback/--force, config, install/uninstall/build, cmd-shim cross-drive read - smoke: `install -g` with empty PATH falls back; with `vlt` in a PATH dir links there; uninstall sweeps it Co-authored-by: Ruy Adorno <ruy@vlt.sh>

Global bins were linked into
<global-dir>/bin, which isnot in
