As discussed in the discord, I have changed the CI.yml from Ubuntu only to both windows and Ubuntu.
Inorder to run the same build on multiple OS's i have used Matrix - which helps to run the build.
Added below line to prevent deployment from running on Windows, because deployment happens only from single OS not from all OS's
! Note - This PR is only used to modify the CI configuration and does not resolve the actual issue.
