What this adds

One entry in the ## 回测 section: SmartMoney-Cub — a local-first, read-only trading journal and review harness (MIT).

Why it fits this section

It is a review-research harness, not an execution system: it freezes point-in-time run envelopes and evidence packs, replays them deterministically and verifies the pack hashes, and ships a frozen 240-case finance evaluation suite (finance-jev-v1). It does not connect to a broker, place or cancel orders, or provide investment advice.

The section already lists other agent-oriented research and evaluation harnesses such as TraderHarness and dsh-quant, so the placement follows the existing scope.
