Summary

Add Jacopo Rizzuto's my-notes package for tmarticle documents. It includes colored semantic blocks, page-breakable proof and solution renderers, personal Scheme insertion commands, install scripts, and an editable demo.

Two screenshots were exported from the generic demo document, with no personal notes included.

Validation

• Structural checks passed for my-notes.ts and demo-note.tm (zero errors and warnings).
• Exported the demo to a three-page PDF with GNU TeXmacs 2.1.4 on Linux; checked its pages visually and ran qpdf --check.
• Ran the POSIX installer against a temporary TeXmacs home and compared the installed files byte for byte.
• sh -n passed for both POSIX install scripts, and git diff --check passed.

The Windows PowerShell installer is included from the author's existing setup but was not run in this Linux environment.
