A set of BIDS compatible datasets with empty nifti files that can be used for writing lightweight software tests.
ALL NIFTI FILES IN THIS REPOSITORY ARE EMPTY!
You can find full versions of the datasets in this repository here.
Full datasets can be downloaded manually or through command line. For example:
wget https://googledrive.com/host/0B2JWN60ZLkgkMGlUY3B4MXZIZW8/ds005.tar
replace ds005.tar with the name of the desired dataset.
