Clean integration branch based directly on current main.
Adds provider-neutral pre-turn retrieval with evidence gating, one-primary-domain classification, blocked unverified/disputed context, conservative post-turn candidate capture, immediate-review marking, audit propagation, explicit initial domains, regression tests, and CI smoke coverage. Durable memory remains shell-owned.
