'sinds' is less archaic than 'sedert'. My personal choice would go to 'na' rather than 'sinds', but either choice is correct.

This is a tough one. Leaving the space in is not pretty in Dutch; tying the words together stretches the limits of how long Dutch makes its words. You could try a hyphen (codefragment-functionaliteit), but all three options have their disadvantage here.
