An example of using the OTA function of the ESP32

1. Instructions:

a. Copy both files to a sketch folder with the same name as the file 'ESP32_Basic_OTA

b. Select the 'Credentials' tab and edit these to match your network requirements.

c. Add Python 2.7.14 to your platform.

d. Enjoy OAT updating of your ESP32.
