默认不聚焦浏览器窗口

本次更新调整浏览器操作的默认行为：CLI 触发新开标签页、切换标签页、CDP 操作时，默认不再主动将 Chrome/浏览器窗口拉到最前方，避免打断当前正在使用的窗口。

变更内容

• 默认不聚焦浏览器窗口，防止浏览器在操作过程中主动弹出到前台。
• 新增 allowFocus 参数，用于显式控制是否允许聚焦浏览器。
• openTab、tabs switch 默认只在浏览器内部执行标签页操作，不抢占系统前台焦点。
• CDP Page.bringToFront 默认会被跳过，只有传入 allowFocus:true 时才会真正执行。
