Extensions for Sky, one folder each under
the author's GitHub handle. skywrite/hubspot is Sky's own HubSpot extension.
An extension is a folder with a package.json. Its sky block names it and
says which manifest version it speaks; author.url is a GitHub profile, which
gives the extension its author/name identity. commands/ holds its commands,
each named with the extension's name in front (hubspot:contact:fetch).
ui/index.tsx, when present, adds its screens to Sky's web app: a card on a
person's or organization's page, an action on a file, a page of its own, a
settings screen. Sky links its own packages (@skywrite/core,
@skywrite/commands) and, for screens, React and Mantine into the extension
at install; an extension names them as peer dependencies and installs nothing
of Sky's.
Install one on your Mac with sky extensions:add <folder>. The format is
described in Sky's docs/topics/extensions/README.md, and installs in
src/lib/extensions/docs/README.md.
