Most of my work starts with an under-structured process: scattered notes, vague requirements, implicit team knowledge, unreliable AI output, awkward handoffs, or a business website that does not yet support the business behind it.
I turn those into:
- internal tools and workflow automations
- AI scaffolds with schemas, validation, evidence, and review
- websites for intake, lead flow, ecommerce, reporting, and trust
- operational maps, trackers, and handoff systems
- knowledge systems that preserve context across time
I like building the layer that makes complex work easier to see, act on, and improve.
