About

I founded Sylphx, one platform to build, host and run apps, and I write open-source tools that make AI coding agents faster and more accurate. Before that: 20 years of shipping products, including mobile games with tens of millions of installs and one of Hong Kong's largest gaming communities.

Open source

Project What it does
anymd Any file to clean Markdown for AI agents: PDF, Office, EPUB, web pages, images, audio and video. MCP server and CLI, runs locally.
repomap A map of your codebase for AI agents: code graph, search, call paths and change impact.
lockdocs Library docs for the exact versions in your lockfile, local and offline.
Mark README banners, badges and GitHub stats cards from one URL, at mark.sylphx.com.
firestore_odm Type-safe Firestore ODM for Flutter and Dart, the maintained successor to cloud_firestore_odm.

Personal projects: Google Photos Delete Tool (find duplicates and bulk delete in Google Photos) and ChatGPT Export (export every ChatGPT conversation, including Team and Business plans).
