Kronos prediction and sampling helpers could fail with valid optional arguments or proceed with mismatched input lengths, producing confusing runtime errors. This change validates sampling parameters and predictor timestamp/dataframe alignment before inference, while preserving the existing regression behavior.
Validation:
python -m pytest -q tests/test_kronos_regression.py(4 passed).
