👋 G'day! My name is Sam. I'm an Australian who grew up in Singapore; nowadays, I live in California. I enjoy making things (mostly involving code), playing soccer, running hackathons and adventuring on public transit.
I just graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Computer Science & Linguistics. Over the summer, I interned at ▲ Vercel on the Turbopack team. Now I'm heading back to Berkeley to complete a fifth-year Masters in Computer Science. At school, I'm a TA for CS70 (Berkeley's discrete mathematics and probability theory class) and I help organise Cal Hacks.
