This PR moves CSS and GQL formatting from Prettier to Biome. Until now Biome was only used for CSS linting.
Checked 102 files in 464ms. Fixed 5 files.

Some CSS changes are a little meh but at least Biome doesn't skip whole selectors like Prettier
