Fixes broken relative screenshot image links in

In
samples/apps/webui/README.md, screenshot images were referenced asscreenshot/ImageRepairApp.jpg,screenshot/StableDiffusionApp.jpg, andscreenshot/GenieWebUI.png. However, the screenshots are located inside each individual application subfolder:image-repair/screenshot/,stable-diffusion/screenshot/, andgenie-chat/screenshot/.Solution
Updated relative image Markdown paths to correctly point to subfolder screenshot directories.
