Account Suspended Again After Reinstatement — No Response from Support for Nearly 3 Weeks #210753

You are caught in an automated bot loop. When human support reinstated you, your account was clean. But 24 hours later, GitHub's automated abuse detection scanned your account history/metadata again and auto-suspended you. Because you created a second ticket and sent multiple follow-ups, your case likely got flagged as "spam" or merged, pushing it to the bottom of the Trust & Safety team's severe backlog queue. 3 Ways to Force an Escalation Right Now • The Billing Redirect: Open a new ticket, but select Billing & Payments as the category. Billing tickets have strict response timelines. Politely ask them to route you to a manager because your business workflows are down. Important: Do not create a new temporary account to bypass this, as GitHub's automated systems will flag it as suspension evasion and permanently ban your organization. Hope this helps ! |

You're very welcome, @tublydownloader2! Smart move on holding off on creating new tickets—avoiding any additional dashboard tickets for now is definitely the safest path to prevent further deprioritization. If you decide to try the email route or social media, here is how I’d suggest handling the references: Primary Focus: Always lead with Ticket #1 since that contains the original human audit, compliance confirmation, and reinstatement proof. Mention Ticket #2: Include Ticket #2 as a secondary note (e.g., "Reinstated under #1 on 09/30, re-suspended without changes on 10/01; follow-up logged under #2"). If you send an email to appeals@github.com, keep it concise with the subject line format: Rooting for a swift resolution for your team! |

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on how to escalate a suspension/reinstatement issue for our GitHub account @tublydownloader.
Timeline:
The repeated suspension has caused significant disruption to our team, as some of our development and website deployment workflows depend on repositories under this account.
The original issue had already been reviewed and resolved by Support, so I’m unsure why the account was suspended again immediately afterward or why both tickets have remained unanswered.
Does anyone know whether there is another appropriate escalation channel for this situation, or a way to request a manual review of the repeated suspension?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
