PR Description:

  • The PR adds Windows ARM64 support for compiling Openscad using MSVC compiler:
  • Added a dedicated Job in existing Window test CI job for testing Windows ARM64 builds using MSVC compiler.
  • Source code level changes were made to support compiling Openscad using MSVC Compiler.
