Summary

CI's make govulncheck fails on GO-2026-6809, a crypto/x509 certificate verification vulnerability in Go 1.27.2. Upgrade all five Go modules and the three Go Docker build stages to Go 1.27.3, using the verified official image digest.

Addresses the vulnerability scan failure in this CI run.

Testing

  • make govulncheck passes across all five modules.
  • make go-modules-check passes.
  • go test ./internal/outboundhttp ./internal/ssrf ./internal/urlpolicy ./internal/email ./internal/mcp passes with Go 1.27.3.
  • Verified the Docker image digest against the registry and confirmed the branch merges cleanly with current main.

This looks good to merge; I didn't find anything that needs to change.

All five modules and three Go Docker build stages are updated consistently, and CI and daemon release jobs already read their Go version from go.mod. I confirmed that 1.27.3 fixes GO-2026-6809 and that the pinned digest matches the official multi-platform image.
