A small follow-up on the parameterised libs in Odoc (ocaml/odoc#1464): The instance/application of a parameterised lib is defined in the dune alias module, which wasn't provided to Odoc with the
--openflag. This PR addresses the lack of resolution for references to instances in comments/documentation (the resolution in code/type is already working correctly without this patch, because the compiler artefacts have already resolved everything with knowledge of the dune alias file).
