Bump evdev-rs to 0.5.0

This version includes major changes which will break previous programs.

Changes:

* Bump libevdev to 1.11.0
* Update to rust 2018 edition
* Impl TryInto<SystemTime> for TimeVal
* Improve python script
* Generate FromStr implementation for enums
* Impl Send for Device and UInputDevice
* Introduce UinitDevice to represent a libevdev device without a file.
* Introduce DeviceWrapper trait to store the common code between
UninitDevice and Device classes.
* Rename all *_fd methods to *_file, the *_fd methods are deprecated now
