Adds an explicit dimensional unit contract specialist for value/unit/quantity-kind boundaries. Its rational-arithmetic example separates absolute temperatures from intervals, checks independent Celsius/Fahrenheit/Kelvin and international-foot anchors, exercises 18 exact round trips, and rejects five incompatible/ambiguous input cases. This is distinct from floating-point stability and from measurement uncertainty.

Validation: extracted standard-library scenario, agent lint, originality, and diff checks pass. Isolated exact-source conversion passes all 15 formats and 32 invariant assertions using unchanged repository scripts and metadata contracts. The shared frozen full-roster conversion gate passes; interrupted individual full-roster runs are not counted as passing. These are local reference-scenario checks; no live-model agent-behavior or production deployment evaluation is claimed.

Final frozen integration a129faa682f16a86604f5d1069445cf8edeadaa0 passes all32 output invariants across301 agents and15 formats, all66 installer checks (two existing XFAIL), whole-roster lint (zero errors,58 existing warnings), originality, focused regressions,26 extracted reference scenarios, and actual301-agent Hermes generation/schema plus nine behavior tests. These are local source/contract checks, not live-model agent performance or production proof.
