RSS_URL	RSS url for check
TC_NOTIFY_URL	Notify url for tailchat, (e.g. https://paw-server-nightly.moonrailgun.com/api/plugin:com.msgbyte.simplenotify/webhook/callback?subscribeId=) you have to apply it before
