I am a software engineer focused on building practical, reliable, and accessible solutions to complex problems. I take an adaptable, technology-agnostic approach and enjoy learning new tools to meet the needs of the product and team. I am a seasoned professional who has recently earned a degree in Computer Science (B.S. 2025) and enthusiastic about the next chapter of my career. I'm looking for an awesome team at a great company working to put more good into the world.
If your team is looking for a versatile, entry-level software engineer who is professional, intellectually curious, and uniquely cross-functional, please reach out, I'd love to chat!
While I continue to scope the jobs landscape 🧐 I am working on a casual contract project exploring IoT systems, as well as three passion projects as time allows: two solo (website modernization, portfolio project refactor), and one with a tech colleague (civic tech). Read on for more details.
🛠️ ACTIVE ENGAGEMENTS:
• Environmental Lighting Ecosystem (Commissioned IoT): Prototyping a custom hardware-software control interface linking web UI states to physical microcontrollers for the tabletop gaming community. Engineering focus includes evaluating low-latency communication protocols (MQTT) and resilient hardware state synchronization with an intuitive real-time UX.
• ADA Housing Finder (Civic Tech): Designing a centralized full-stack system aimed at reducing the friction people face when searching for accessible housing.
• Interactive CVE Alert System Demo Isolating my contributions from a 2025 senior capstone project and rebuilding the supporting components into a standalone demonstration. Technical features include multi-container, microservices-based backend, Expo/React Native frontend, representative static data replacing the original live data sources, cloud-hosted deployment providing a zero-setup environment for evaluating the system’s architecture and functionality.
• Legacy Migration Showcase (Full-Stack Architecture): Architecting the end-to-end modernization of my digital presence, mapping the migration path from static legacy frameworks to a decoupled, fully automated dynamic deployment pipeline.
