fix(spigot): support Mojang-mapped NMS classes (Paper 1.20.5+) (#23)

Try Mojang class names (Connection, ServerConnectionListener, ClientIntentionPacket, ServerboundHelloPacket, ServerLoginPacketListenerImpl, etc.) first, then fall back to Spigot names. Same pattern for handshake packet field names (protocolVersion/port/intention with obfuscated fallbacks). Fixes static-init ClassNotFoundException on Paper/Spigot 1.20.5+ when Paper's auto-PluginRemapper isn't masking the bug. Diagnosis credit to ChannyAnh.
