I'm not crazy about the formatting as it isn't easy to quickly scan and pick out the questions.. I would suggest using bullets for each question. Consider making the question bold and use a '?' for each question.
- How does MCR work with Dockerhub?
MCR is a public registry that houses Microsoft First party images but it does not have its own catalog UI experience. Docker Hub is the official source for our customers to discover official Microsoft-published container images. For further details of this integration please visit our blog

Just to add: "first-party" is kind of internal jargon. "Microsoft-published" as you state in the second sentence is better.

Also suggest spelling out "Azure Container Registry (ACR)" on first use.

| Can I browse MCR - Since MCR does not have a UI/discovery experience, the only experince with the registry is for interacting with a container image. Ex: docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/windows/servercore:ltsc2019 |

| Can I browse MCR - No, MCR does not have a UI/discovery experience. Docker Hub is where you go to browse the official Microsoft repositories. |

Agree with Michael's comments, and added a couple suggestions. I'm not entirely clear on the intended audience for this, but it might (?) be helpful to add a question/answer like "How do I onboard my image to MCR" with answer like "See https://aka.ms/mcr/onboarding (Microsoft internal only)."
