Reviewed the complete lockfile-only PR at 346ab1890c6a0d7975ed8286d00be382578fa18c with review-code (Low, gpt-6.1-sol): no actionable source issue found. The existing follow-redirects stanza changes only its patch version, resolved URL/hash and integrity; 1.16.1 satisfies both unchanged consumer ranges.

Local single-stanza/range/URL/integrity-format checks and git diff --check passed. The actual current-head docs and formatting workflows completed successfully, including the Node 14 docs Test Build step (yarn install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-engines followed by yarn build). The Python Build workflow is not applicable to this website-only path; the gh-release pull-request skip is intentional.

Approval is withheld: Copilot's current-head review could not review any files because of default exclusions, so it provides no Balanced approval recommendation. CodeQL is NEUTRAL with 3 configurations not found, which does not establish successful scanning coverage.

Independent local registry metadata/tarball verification was blocked by TLS/transport failures. No local full website build or upstream runtime smoke test is claimed; syntactically valid hashes are not claimed as independently verified tarball integrity.
