First, Search for a movie or a series on the search bar

To add a movie or a series, click the "Add a Movie" button

Hover over a movie/series poster to add a movie to the favorites list

To Access the Favorites list, click the button "Favourites"

On the Favourites list, hovering over a poster gives an option to remove the selected movie from the list
