Chrome 157 exposes navigator.clipboard to extension service workers with the clipboardWrite permission for writing to the clipboard. Also fixes the clipboardRead note saying "writing to" instead of "reading from" and notes that service workers are excluded.

Description
Updates the WebExtensions Interact with the clipboard guide to reflect that Chrome 157 exposes
navigator.clipboardto extension service workers for writing when the extension has the"clipboardWrite"permission. Also fixes the
"clipboardRead"note saying "writing to" instead of "reading from", and notes that service workers are excluded.Motivation
The Chrome section currently states that Chrome does not expose
navigator.clipboardto extension service workers. Write support in extension service workers landed for Chrome 157.Additional details
