Fix dependency vulnerabilities reported by Dependabot - #259

pnpm audit (same GitHub Advisory Database as Dependabot) reported 130 advisories (5 critical, 70 high). Now down to 1 with no patched release. - Remove 24 packages the static site no longer imports (axios, next-auth, @auth/*, drizzle-orm, drizzle-kit, postgres, zod, daisyui, framer-motion, react-icons, next-cloudinary, ...). The archived code in archive/ is not built; its old package.json is in git history. - Upgrade Next.js 15.5.9 -> 15.5.27 (fixes the critical RCE advisories) and eslint-config-next to match; update the rest within their ranges. - Override transitive postcss (^8.5.29, Next pins 8.4.31), yaml and postcss-selector-parser (^7.1.6, used by Tailwind 3). The generated CSS is byte-identical before and after. - Move the now-unused src/lib/utils.ts (clsx/tailwind-merge) to archive. Remaining: braces <=3.0.3 (high) has no fixed version yet; it is only used by ESLint tooling via eslint-config-next and never ships to users.
