No tracking issue — CI maintenance.

Summary

Removes .github/workflows/claude.yml, the @claude-triggered automation built on anthropics/claude-code-action@v1 (originally added in #4228, commit 67ead2b). The workflow has no code dependencies and nothing in the repo references it, so the deletion is self-contained.

Type of change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking, fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking, adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (causes existing functionality to change)
  • Documentation update

None of the above apply — this is CI maintenance only, with no runtime code change.

Test plan

  • New tests added (or explain why not needed)
  • Manually tested on:

Not needed: deletion-only CI change touching no runtime code. develop has no required status checks tied to this workflow, so branch protection is unaffected.

Notes for reviewers [optional]

The remaining claude references in the repo are unrelated to this workflow and are intentionally left untouched:

Separately, CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN becomes unused once this merges and can be deleted from repo secrets (Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions). That is a repository setting, not a file change, so it cannot be part of this PR.

Drop the @claude-triggered anthropics/claude-code-action workflow; the CI no longer needs this automation.
