docs: fix broken relative links in translated READMEs - #5616
Merged

Conversation
The docs/ tree moved under packages/website in marktext#4316, but the translated READMEs in docs/i18n still link to ../end-user, ../dev and ../CHANGELOG.md, which no longer exist. Point them at the same marktext.me/docs pages the English README already uses.

Summary
The translated READMEs in
docs/i18n/still link to../end-user/,../dev/and../CHANGELOG.md, which moved underpackages/website/in #4316, so those links 404 on GitHub. This points them at the samemarktext.me/docspages the English README already uses (themes, changelog, installation, build, user and developer docs). Only the URLs change; the translated text is untouched.Type of change
